Prior to joining Inventus Law Technology Partners, Sampriti worked at one of India’s top law firms and was part of the deal team that advised on several market leading transactions in the real estate and allied sectors. Sampriti has also worked as an in-house counsel at one of India’s largest institutional asset managers in the retail space and has acquired a unique skill set from having worked on both sides of the table.

Aastha’s experience spans both commercial law and dispute resolution in India. Before ILTP, Aastha gained invaluable experience at JusContractus, a Delhi-based full-service law firm, for over 6 years. Her experience serving a diverse clientele across multiple industries, coupled with her background in litigation and arbitration, complements Aastha’s commercial practice and equips her to provide holistic, strategic advice to clients.
Aastha has had the honour of assisting Hon’ble Ms Justice Usha Mehra (Retd.), in the ‘Justice Usha Mehra Commission of Enquiry’, constituted by the Government of India to enquire into the various aspects of the Nirbhaya tragedy, and to identify measures to improve the safety and security of women in Delhi in 2013.

She has been named as one of the ‘thinkers to watch out for’ by Forbes India in 2015, and as Top Lawyer by Forbes in 2020, 2021 and 2022 in association with Legiquest. Aasish is a seasoned commercial lawyer with over 10 years of experience in the legal industry. He is a specialist in various facets of commercial law, including information technology, competition, privacy, intellectual property rights, and media and entertainment.
Aasish is adept at spotting the commercial drivers behind an issue and handling growing sets of volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous issues that face multinational corporations, domestic companies, and startups seeking business and commercial growth in India. His wealth of experience includes skillfully managing disputes for these entities and representing their interests in courts across India. Notably, his work with industry giants like Meta and Microsoft has honed his ability to tackle critical legal issues shaping the IT sector today.
Before joining us at ILTP, Aasish contributed significantly at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and Co. as well as Anand and Anand, where he played a pivotal role in landmark cases involving CCI investigations into platforms like WhatsApp and Meta, as well as matters concerning the regulation of social media intermediaries.

Anju brings with her more than 9 years of experience under her belt, with a global perspective and a background spanning multiple jurisdictions.
She currently works with the corporate team advising and providing transaction support for start-ups in various sectors. She has advised clients on strategic and regulatory issues related to the growth and exit of start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advisory, venture financing, debt financings and other cross-border transactions. Prior to joining ILTP, Anju worked for four years at a reputed law firm in Kuwait, where she was directly involved with negotiating several commercial contracts, including agency/distributorship/re-seller agreements, licensing agreements and franchise agreements.
Anju is a calm problem solver with a go-getter attitude. She leads by example, always showcasing exceptional professionalism and integrity. She is the go to person for her teammates in times of adversity and also a good friend and mentor to her teammates. Along with her humility, she brings a serene atmosphere to the office but come Friday, her love for dancing and her humour sets the mood for the weekend.
