Modes of alternative dispute resolution

With global modernization and the virtual removal of boundaries in international transactions, especially considering the dynamic and ever-evolving nature of trade and commerce, a paradigm shift has been observed with regard to the modus operandi of resolution of commercial disputes, during and subsequent to the COVID-19 pandemic. More specifically, a statistical analysis of the comparison between disputes resolved through the litigation process as opposed to disputes resolved through alternative dispute resolution methods in the post pandemic world, would reveal that litigation is not as popular a choice of dispute resolution as it once was in the pre-pandemic world; whereas, dispute resolution through alternative methods is on the rise in the post-pandemic world.
