She currently works with the corporate team advising and providing transaction support for start-ups in various sectors. She has advised clients on strategic and regulatory issues related to the growth and exit of start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advisory, venture financing, debt financings and other cross-border transactions. Prior to joining ILTP, Anju worked for four years at a reputed law firm in Kuwait, where she was directly involved with negotiating several commercial contracts, including agency/distributorship/re-seller agreements, licensing agreements and franchise agreements.

Aastha’s experience spans both commercial law and dispute resolution in India. Before ILTP, Aastha gained invaluable experience at JusContractus, a Delhi-based full-service law firm, for over 6 years. She is skilled at drafting complex, customized agreements, tailored to clients’ unique requirements.
